IBVO empowers veterinarians—especially those in emerging regions—to pursue advanced training in veterinary ophthalmology by providing accessible, structured, and high-quality residency programs, a rigorous certification examination, and diplomate accreditation.

It is shaping a future where veterinarians in emerging regions have access to world-class ophthalmic education—and where every animal receives the eye care it deserves.
